14-day refunds

Customers may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing Lisa@thesouthernregister.com. No reason or proof is required. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

This policy applies to every product sold through shop.thesouthernregister.com, including:

• The Next 90 Days

When you email us, please include the email address you used at checkout so we can find your order.

The Where We Left Off guarantee

Try Where We Left Off for yourself. Use it with five past clients. If it doesn't help you figure out what to say, email us within 14 days for a full refund. No questions asked and nothing to prove.

The guarantee is about whether the guide helps you figure out what to say. It doesn't promise any particular response or result from the people you contact.
