These terms apply when you use shop.thesouthernregister.com (the "Site") or buy from The Southern Register ("we", "us"). By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to them. Questions: Lisa@thesouthernregister.com.
What we sell
We sell digital products and resources for real estate agents, delivered as downloadable files. Nothing physical is shipped. Each product page and the checkout describe what's included.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you add an optional product right after checkout, it's charged to the card you used at checkout, and only when you choose to add it. You're responsible for any taxes your purchase is subject to where you live.
Delivery
After payment you'll see a download page, and we'll email you a link to it. Keep your download link private. If you have trouble downloading, email us.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our refund policy: you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing Lisa@thesouthernregister.com.
Your license to use the products
When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it in your own real estate business. You may print and save copies for your own use, and adapt the editable files for your own messages. You may not resell, share, redistribute or publish the products or any part of them, or let others use your copy. We keep all ownership rights in the products and the Site.
What our products do and don't do
Our products are educational guides, worksheets and templates to help you decide what to say and stay organized when reaching out to past clients. They don't guarantee any particular result, including replies, referrals, clients, transactions or income. How the people you contact respond is outside our control.
Our products aren't legal, compliance or brokerage advice. You're responsible for how you use them, including following your brokerage's policies, real estate licensing rules, and the laws that apply to texting, emailing, calling and mailing people. Respect anyone who asks not to be contacted.
Some products include an optional prompt you can paste into an AI chat tool you already use. Your use of that tool is governed by its own terms, and you're responsible for reviewing anything it writes before you send it.
Using the Site
Don't misuse the Site, try to get around payment or access checks, or try to access files you haven't paid for.
Disclaimer
The Site and products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind beyond those the law requires, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after we post them on this page, and we'll update the date at the top.
